Schwab Street smart edge trading interface in the cloud keeps freezing around 9:00 am NY time since Friday and can't re start again for about 1.5 - 2 hours no matter how many times I reset Citrix or completely shutdown and reload from scratch. Today it has been impossible to re start it so far.
